Cleopatria is a Miniature Dachshund!

Evidence of the existence of these little dogs doesn't exist until the 16th century, when a "low crooked legged" dog was mentioned for hunting badgers. Dachshund means badger in Germany, where this little breed originated. They love to hunt and dig, are independent and good with the children in its’ own family.

The smooth-coated variety has a short, shining coat; the long-haired is sleek and sometimes wavy; and the wire-haired should have tight, thick, hard hair with a fine undercoat.

The exercise needs can be met with a short play session or a walk on leash.
