Zeke is a Boston Terrier!
The history of the Boston Terrier is well documented - dating back to Boston and a male named Hooper's Judge around 1865. Hooper's Judge was the result of a cross between an English Terrier and a Bulldog. Subsequent breedings probably included French Bulldogs.
The Boston Terrier is well-mannered and sensitive to its owners' moods. It is intelligent and learns easily, but can be stubborn! They don't handle the heat and humidity and shouldn't be expected to live outdoors.
Their short hair doesn't need much upkeep, but the compact, lively body needs daily exercise in the form of a walk or backyard play.
We are pleased to welcome Zeke to our practice!
