Hey, Nan. I just now logged on to your site and your blog. I noticed the day of this thread/post and thought it felt strangely familiar. It was the day after Lily left us. I wanted to thank you and your partners and staff for caring for and loving our pets as we do. Even in the face of sorrow and a tough part of the job, you make us (clients) feel cared for and nurtured as we say "Until we meet again" to our beloved companions. Thanks you!!
